ActivTrak came to us as a fragmented brand. They had a working product, real customers, and real revenue, but no shared brand system across their brand, web, and marketing teams. We started with a foundational rebuild that gave the entire organization one source of truth for visual identity, voice, and application standards.
What started as an internal brand system quickly evolved into a Fractional Creative Director role. Almost four years later, we're still active. Over the last year, we've been building Proxy UI, a massive product illustration library replacing aging screenshot assets across their site. The retainer scales because the brand system underneath scales.
