“Can we just start with a new logo or visuals?”
I work best with growing B2B and B2C companies who’ve outgrown their starter brand and need something more strategic than a logo refresh. Typically that means 50–250 employees, post–product‑market fit, and often Series A–B funded.

You’ll get the most value if you already have traction and a clear direction, but your brand and website no longer match the business you’ve become.
“We can handle this in house.”
If you could, you probably would have by now. What I do in the sprint isn't replace your internal team. It gives them a clear story and system to work from so they stop reacting and start building. Your team owns the ongoing work. I solve the hard alignment problem fast.
“This seems expensive compared to a freelancer or template.”
A freelancer executes what you brief them. A template looks like a template. The sprint solves the "product ahead of brand" problem: story, identity, and a hero asset in one contained engagement. If you only need a prettier deck, I'm not the right fit. If you want to stop paying a confusion tax on every deal, this is built for that.

That's why the sprint is built around a hero asset: homepage, landing page, or pitch deck. Those are where you feel impact fastest. Fewer "so what do you actually do" moments on calls. A homepage your sales team actually sends to prospects. We define success before we start so nothing is ambiguous.

A lot of my best work is the second pass after a fast v1. We keep what's working, fix what's confusing deals, and build a clearer story on top. Evolution, not a full reset. If the site is still creating friction in sales conversations, it doesn't matter how recently you built it.
